As Vice President for Palmer Properties, Jimmy's focus includes acquisitions, dispositions, and lease negotiations. He plays a lead role in the management of the entitlement process, due diligence, and overall project investment analysis. Jim holds a degree in Real Estate Finance & Construction Management from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business.
