Denise joined Palmer Properties team in 2022 as a Staff Accountant having recently moved from South Florida to Fort Collins. She brings with her over 20 years of experience in property management accounting for commercial real estate and residential association properties which included the completion of financial reports for clients and Board of Directors. As a team member, she looks forward to supporting Palmer's property managers and accounting staff. In her leisure time, she enjoys trailing in the beautiful mountains and exploring many places Colorado has to offer.
