As President of Palmer Properties as well as Director at Cushman & Wakefield, Aki oversees the entire portfolio of commercial and retail development and investments. He specializes in structuring partnerships with both silent investors and owner/users to maximize leverage and minimize risk. Aki holds a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate & Finance from Colorado State University.
